| Johnstone Supply Columbus, Cleveland, Akron and Mentor (also known as GD Supply)
is your source for quality parts and technical advice for your HVAC/R,
Refrigeration, Property Maintenance, Contracting and Appliance Repair
Industries. Johnstone Supply is a national co-operative consisting of over 275
independently owned member stores. It is through the combined buying power of
the co-operative that we can offer our customers competitive pricing on
thousands of quality products. Our current catalog lists in excess of 15,000
products with many more non-catalog products available. Weekly shipments from
our central distribution center in Allentown, PA, as well as daily shipments from
our vendors, enable us to maintain product levels to meet your needs. From our
extensive inventory to our knowledgeable staff the primary goal at your local
Johnstone is to supply you with everything you need to care for your customer.

| Company History |
| GD Supply, Inc. dba Johnstone Supply was started in 1984 by George and
Dorothy Ells and George Ells, Jr. The Columbus, Ohio store opened June 1, 1984,
followed by the Cleveland, Ohio location in July 1986, the Akron, Ohio store
in March 1995, and the Mentor, OH store in May, 2008. |

| Prior to joining the Johnstone co-operative, the Ells owned a manufacturer’s
representative business selling electric motors, manufactured by Universal
Electric Company, to original equipment manufacturers and operated a regional
warehouse for Universal Electric motors and parts. This business, started in
1956, was called Universal Electric Sales Co. and was eventually merged into GD
Supply, Inc. in March 1988. |
