Motor and Pump Repair Shop

Johnstone Supply Cleveland and Johnstone Supply Mentor both have Motor and Pump Repair Shops. They are located in our Cleveland and Mentor branches.

The shops are staffed by George Longcoy, Bob Allen, Paul Cumby and Christopher Harris who have over 50 combined years of motor and pump experience. They are available to serve all your motor and pump sales and service needs, from technical advice to sales and repair of the largest integral horsepower electric motors.

	We will repair any brand motor or pump, other than the exceptions listed, so long as parts are available.
	Most shaded-pole single-phase motors will be replaced when possible.
	Repair service on Honeywell Electronic Air Cleaners.

Exceptions:

Septic, Sewer or Aerator Pumps, Garbage Disposals, Generators, DC Motors and motors for cranes, hoists or elevators.

The typical lead-time for repair depends upon current workload in the shop.  Standard turn around is usually 1-2 days for motors and 2-3 days for pumps plus any applicable shipping time.

Allow 1-2 days for tear down, inspection and estimate.  The fee is waived when Johnstone Supply completes the repair or provides the replacement.

Rate Information:

	The shop rate is $60.00 per hour, with a one-hour minimum charge.
	All rush jobs will be assessed a 20% surcharge added to the job total, plus any applicable shipping charges.
	Motors or pumps left for estimates will not be reassembled; labor will be charged for re-assembly.

Warranty is 1 year on parts and 1 year on labor provided by Johnstone Supply, Inc. Any additional expenses incurred from teardown and/or reinstall is the responsibility of customer.
